Objectives for 2022
A new decade is upon us and change has never been so important. We have mapped out our key objectives for this year’s campaign and hope we can rely on your help and support as we #fightforfairness
Help us clawback your pensions
Target 1
The removal of clawback from the Midland Post 1974 DBS. We accept that this probably cannot be retrospective but should be from a fixed date in the near future.
Target 2
To continue to work with the All Parties Parliamentary Group of MPs who seek to have clawback removed
Target 3
Pressure Government through the Work & Pensions Select Committee and the DWP to review both pension and equality law surrounding clawback
Target 4
To resume legal review and challenge through working with University Law schools.
Target 5
To continue to challenge the bank, through resolutions at the annual bank AGM, protests, social media comment and press articles.
